Returns and Refunds
I hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, I offer a 14-day returns policy for non-personalised items only.
Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order to notify me of your intention to return the item. I will provide instructions for returning your purchase. Once the item is received, I will issue a refund (excluding original postage costs) as quickly as possible, and no later than 30 days after the return is confirmed.

Faulty or Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact me immediately. Faulty or damaged goods must be returned within 7 days. Upon receipt, I will offer either a full refund (including original delivery charges) or an exchange, whichever you prefer.
