Delivery Information

Delivery Methods:
We currently use Royal Mail for all deliveries. All parcels are sent via Tracked24.

Postage Upgrades:
If you need your order delivered by a specific date and require guaranteed delivery, please contact us before placing your order to arrange the appropriate postage upgrade.

Postage & Packaging:
We are committed to reducing waste and minimising our packaging. Orders are securely protected and shipped in recycled padded envelopes. We encourage you to reuse and recycle packaging whenever possible.

Processing & Delivery Times:
We aim to deliver all items within 1-2 weeks.

• Orders are typically made within 3-4 days of purchase.

• Items are then dispatched 1–2 days after completion.

If you require a priority order, please contact us to check availability.
During busy periods (e.g., Christmas, Mother's Day, Father's Day), dispatch times may be longer and order cut-off dates will be clearly advertised.

Important:
Once your item has been posted, responsibility for delivery lies with the postal service. I am not liable for delays once the parcel is in transit.
